Mechanical Magnetic-Stirrer-Table (MST)
CellTank-34 integrate a Magnetic-Bottom-Drive (MBD) for the centrifugal pumps and takes advantage of the Magnetic Stirrer-Table (MST). Adaptation to a wide range of servo motors from various Process-Control-System's (PCS) is easy.
We suggest MST in the smallest size:
- MST-Ultra with dimension 280 x 180 x 50 mm
Left - MST-U model ID39-B mounted with the white 35 mm high PC-SUB-Support-Square (pn 2259-137-35). Centre - The MST-U manufactured from polished Stainless Steel mounted with the 4-pin ID25-A adapter. Third photo the CellTank-34 is thermally controlled by the Heating-Support-Foot (pn HSF-2266-E-xxx) mounted on the green painted MST fabricated from aluminium for lowest possible weight.
MST facilitate two popular servo motor adaptors:
Mounted with ID39-B adapter and drive axle mounted with PowerGrip ZN21 sprocket. MST standard adapters fit:
- Biostat PCS from Sartorius® with older Kollmorgen® 6SM servo motor with ID50 adaptor and magnetic drive (requires ID39-B conversion kit)
- Biostat PCS from Sartorius with Kollmorgen® AKM servo motor and ID39-B adaptor
- Biostat PCS from Sartorius with latest Pabst® servo motor and ID39-B adaptor
- Jupiter PCS from Solaris and servo motor with ID39-B adaptor
- Horae MDS from Cronus-PCS with Kollmorgen AKM motor and ID39-B adaptor
- Finesse® PCS with Kollmorgen or Teknic servo motor and ID39-B adaptor
Mounted with 4-pin ID25-A adaptor is a standard used by several PCS and fits among others:
- Applikon DC servo motor size P100 or larger with 4-pin ID25-A motor coupling
- Broadley-James servo motor (different sizes) with 4-pin ID25-A motor coupling
- DasGip servo motors RE30 / RE40 mounted with 4-pin ID25-A motor coupling
