On-line level sensing
Some Process-Control-Systems facilitate the use of measured conductivity across the head space for foam sensing or in order to adjust the liquid level in the CP-SUB. Optimum is obtained with 3 rods; one for ground, one for low level and one for high level. Software will insure that media level is kept between the low and high level rods.
Left - CellTank-34 head plate show two SS tubes for 4 mm banana plug connection. On left example two rods pass through the head plate. One sensor rod is ground and not insulated the other sensor rod is insulated except on the tip. Center - early photo bio mass RUS, pH SUS and DO RUS connectors are also seen with the SS rod in between. Right – One ground and two level allow precise level adjustment between low and high.
